Thank you so much to Kevin Downer and Arielle Elton-Walters for coming in today to speak to Year 13 students about GKN Aerospace's apprenticeship programmes. 

They spoke about the history of the company, the products that they manufacture and the changing future of the aerospace industry - including projects the company is involved in, for example developing electric planes and unmanned aircrafts.

GKN offers 6 different programmes and they are recruiting now for September 2025 starts. The programmes on offer are: 
- Operational Craft Apprenticeship
- Technical Apprenticeship
- Calibration Apprenticeship
- Health, Safety and Environment Apprenticeship
- IT - Business Analyst Apprenticeship
- Programme Management Apprenticeship
